Evelyn J. Cameron papers consist primarily of diaries (1893-1928), chronicling her daily life including books she read, chores, local and national events, photographs taken, social activities, etc.; together with personal letters (1903-1929, 1974); legal documents (1916-1917) regarding land purchases; miscellany (1893-1928); and clippings (1893-1923). Ewen Cameron subgroup contains incoming correspondence (1908-1914); legal documents (1903-1914) related to property ownership and water rights; and copies of articles by Ewen Cameron concerning Montana wildlife (1898-1914).
The diaries were scanned at 450-600 ppi in 24-bit color and saved to uncompressed TIF files. JPEG display images generated by CONTENTdm 5.4.
