Minutes of the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Boone & Crockett Club, held at the residence of Major W. Austin Wadsworth, 136 Madison Avenue, on April 4th, 1906, at 9. o'clock P. M..
Present:- Messrs Wadsworth and Kidder,
There being no quorum the follov/ing action was taken subject to ratification at a subsequent meeting.
The report of the Library Committee was received and action postponed.
The suggestion was made that the proposed book plate was too elaborate and it be changed to a simple design ( a bear passant was suggested).
Mr. Kidder reported on behalf of the Committee on measurements and submitted a proposed field book.
Mr. Kidder was authorized to have an edition of the proposed game book printed, distributed among the members and offered for public sale.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was, RESOLVED, that Mr. Madison Grant be added to the Committee on Measurements.

‘ Committee failing to attend at a duly called meeting shall forfeit to the Club the sum of two dollars ($2.) unless specially excused by the Coiamittee.
The Committee canvassed the votes on the election of Charles Arthur Moore, Jr., and declared Mr. Moore elected, and the Secretary was instructed to notify Mr. Moore of his election.
